Are you also using a smartphone application that is connecting to the Bluetooth® sensor?
• The Bluetooth® sensor may be connected to the smartphone. Bluetooth® sensors are only able to connect with a single device at a time. Stop using all apps (including Cateye Cycling™) or change the app settings to prevent connection to a Bluetooth® sensor.
Pairing of sensors is not possible
Has the maximum number of allowable sensors been paired?
The following message is displayed when attempting to pair.
The maximum number of sensors (18 IDs) has been paired. In such cases, follow the procedure below to remove any unnecessary paired sensors and perform pairing again.
On the smartphone (Cateye Cycling™)
From (Menu), tap [Device] > [Delete Sensor] > [Delete].
The selected sensor will be unpaired and removed from the device screen.
On the AVVENTURA
All paired sensors can be removed together at once.
1. When “GPS Searching” or “Ready” is displayed, press OPTION to switch to the option screen.
2. Press MODE to select [Device], and press SS to apply the selection and display the Device screen.
3. From the device screen, press MODE to select [Disconnect Device], and press SS to apply the selection.
