Q：Cannot open the battery cover. (U.S. CPSC Computers)

Our product is designed in strict compliance with CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) safety standards (UL 4200A-2023) to protect children from accidentally swallowing button/coin cell batteries. Therefore, the battery cover is securely locked and cannot be opened easily without the proper technique.
