Another win for Michellie Jones

Ironman World Champion, Michellie Jones, placed first at today's RYKA
Iron Girl Atlanta Triathlon taking place at Lake Lanier Islands Resort.
Known for her Olympic and Ironman success, Jones crossed the finish
line with a time of 1:17:25. Today's event drew more than 450 other
women from 16 states in addition to Georgia, to include Texas, Florida,
California, Tennessee and Louisiana. The inaugural event took athletes
on a 1/3 Mile swim, an 18 Mile bike and a 3 Mile run.
Jones, cheering on athletes of all ages and fitness levels said,
"Everyone had a great experience today. The course provided a challenge
for all of us, but the first timers should be especially pleased with
such an accomplishment." After her spectacular finish, Jones ran in
with today's last finisher, #316, Katie Altine from Covington, Ga.
The top three results are as follows:
1. Michellie Jones - 1:17:25
2. Kris Kester - 1:23:40
3. Lisa Marshall - 1:25:22
