Team Maxxis - racing for a cure
Team Maxxis has challenged sponsors and their riders to help fight breast cancer. Project Pink is a program that will combine cash donations as well as proceeds from auctioned items to help benefit the Sarah Fisher Project in Bend, Oregon, the Healthlinks Clinic in Boulder, CO, and the Breast Cancer Fund. Riders bikes will be equipped with pink components including Jagwire cable housings, Chris King components, and CatEye computers. Maxxis riders and sponsors have pledged to donate cash for podium finishes. Sponsors have also donated additional Project Pink custom components to raffle off at events.
